Job Description:

We are currently hiring for multiple positions for experienced typists with exceptional typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete projects within deadlines. Your primary responsibility will be to transcribe audio recordings, handwritten notes, and other written materials into digital formats. You may also be asked to perform other tasks such as proofreading, editing, and formatting documents. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be able to work from home on their own schedule.


  • Transcribe audio recordings and other written materials into digital formats using various software applications
  • Proofread, edit, and format documents as required
  • Meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of completed work
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure high-quality work and the timely resolution of any issues
  • Monitor and maintain accuracy and quality of work output


  • At least 2-3 years of experience in transcription, typing, or similar fields
  • Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications used for transcription and typing
