About the Role

As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Amazon customers across various channels. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, to resolve their inquiries or issues related to Amazon products and services. You will report to your Team Manager and work closely with other members of your team to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.


  • Effectively communicate with customers over the phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as an advocate for Amazon customers by providing exceptional support and assistance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Strive for first-contact resolution to minimize customer inconvenience.
  • Participate in training sessions and provide coaching to support your peers.


  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
