This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, and transaction disputes
  • Provide information on American Express products and services
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
