About the Role

Apple At Home Advisor UK is a remote customer service position that provides technical support to Apple customers throughout the United Kingdom. As an At Home Advisor, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Apple products and services. You will work from home, providing customer support via phone, chat, and email channels. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The Apple At Home Advisor’s responsibilities include:
