About the Position

What You’ll Do

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Providing technical support for hardware, software, and other Apple-related products.

  • Managing and prioritizing your own workload while ensuring all customer inquiries are responded to promptly.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Understanding of Apple products and support services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High-speed internet connection at home, and access to a quiet work environment with no background noise.
