Job Description

The primary duty of an Apple Home Advisor is to provide outstanding customer support to Apple’s customers via telephone and chat. The Advisor is responsible for:

– Listening attentively to the customer’s inquiries, asking appropriate questions, and providing solutions to the issues.

– Diagnosing technical problems and providing solutions to hardware and software issues on Apple devices such as iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers.

– Addressing billing queries and resolving customer complaints while ensuring excellent customer service.

– Using empathy to establish rapport with the customer, identifying opportunities to build customer loyalty.

– Updating customer files with accurate information, recording transactions, and preparing reports as necessary.

Qualifications

– Customer service experience with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

– Ability to work independently, multitasking, and meeting productivity goals.

– Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.

– Ability to work from home/remote with a stable internet connection.

– High school diploma, advanced degree preferred.

– Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.

– Bilingual capabilities a plus.
