As an Apple Home Advisor, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service and technical support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with their Apple devices and services
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Provide product recommendations and guidance to customers
  • Meet or exceed team and individual performance goals
  • Follow established procedures and protocols for handling customer inquiries and issues

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
  • Extensive knowledge of Apple products and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
