About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to provide support to our customers via phone, email and live chat. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, and you will be working from your own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone, email, and live chat
  • Handle customer complaints, escalations, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed
  • Assist with tracking shipments, processing returns, and processing refunds as necessary
  • Identify and escalate product or service issues to the appropriate team members
  • Stay up to date with company policies, products, and services

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in customer service
  • Experience working in a remote setting is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
