CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES
As our customer service agent, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Providing solutions and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and ensuring their needs are met.
- Handling returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by our company.
We are looking for talented individuals who possess the following qualities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and also work well in a team setting.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
This is a full-time remote job with flexible working hours. You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a rotational basis between Monday and Sunday, with the option of overtime during busy periods.
