- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Record customer interactions and follow up on open issues

- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Familiarity with customer service software and procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with remote work and ability to maintain a productive work environment
