Customer Service Representative – Work from Home

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your home to provide excellent customer support. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders. You must be able to communicate effectively, active listening skills to solve customer issues, multitask, handle software and computer issues.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Manage outbound calls to follow up on issues and provide additional support
  • Assist customers with navigating through a company’s website or mobile app
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, returns, or exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer and internet proficiency with the ability to multitask while using multiple systems.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
