About the Position

We’re looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Assistant. This role will be based remotely and will involve providing administrative and operational support to our clients. You will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to email and calendar management, travel arrangements, research, data entry, invoicing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide administrative and operational support to clients
  • Manage email and calendar, ensuring appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met
  • Arrange travel including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases
  • Handle inquiries from clients and customers, responding promptly and courteously
  • Manage social media accounts and email marketing campaigns
  • Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and other materials as requested
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in using digital platforms and tools such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and Basecamp
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible working hours and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment
