Our company is seeking someone who is able to work from home for four hours a day, five days a week. The role will require you to work on various tasks such as data entry, customer service, communication with clients and other administrative tasks as assigned.
To be considered for the job, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have a reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service-related jobs is preferred but not required.
As a part-time employee, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through email and chat
- Managing and updating customer data in our system
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned
