- A high school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous customer service or support experience
- Strong computer skills and the ability to use online communication tools

- Answering customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure complete satisfaction
- Documenting customer interactions and details of inquiries/comments
- Assisting with processing orders and returns as needed
- Offering additional products or services to customers as seen fit
- The ability to work from your own home office
- A flexible schedule with the option to work full-time or part-time
