Job Description

Teleperformance is seeking talented individuals to join our team of customer service representatives, technical support specialists, and sales associates. These are full-time positions, with flexible schedules to accommodate our global clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities

– Provide superior customer service or technical support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
– Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide timely resolution to customers’ inquiries
– Build rapport and display empathy while handling customer interactions
– Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and policies and stay up-to-date with changes and updates
– Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills

– High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate/bachelor’s degree preferred
– 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience preferred
– Knowledge of basic computer software and hardware applications is required
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
– Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and work independently
– Must be able to adapt to changing technology environments
