Position Overview

As a Wayfair customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a prompt and efficient manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
