Job Overview:

As a Wayfair Customer Service Remote Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to Wayfair customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with orders, product inquiries, returns, refunds, and any other issues they may encounter. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members


  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
