Job Summary

As a work from home customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide quality customer service to our clients through phone, chat, and email. You will need to be patient, courteous, and empathetic to their needs and have the ability to resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer queries, resolve concerns, and address issues through phone, chat, and email
  • Provide guidance to customers in navigating our website, placing orders, and making payments
  • Assist in resolving order-related issues such as order status, delivery status, refunds, returns, and cancellations
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our customer service system and escalate complex issues to higher ups as needed
  • Stay updated with products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers


We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service, ideally in a call center or an e-commerce environment
  • Ability to multitask, work with minimal supervision, and handle confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and familiar with customer service tools and systems
  • A quiet workspace at home and a reliable internet connection
